Who we are

This website is operated by Sweeney’s Garage Ltd. This notice explains what happens to the information you provide when you use our booking request form.

What we collect

When you submit a booking request, we receive the details you enter:

• Your name and phone number
• Your email address, if you choose to provide it
• Your vehicle make, model and registration number
• Your preferred date, time and service
• Any additional information you include

How your request is handled

When you press “Send via WhatsApp”, WhatsApp opens with your request typed out, and it is only sent to the garage when you tap Send in WhatsApp. The website does not store your request in a database, and there are no customer accounts. WhatsApp handles the message under its own privacy terms.

To help prevent spam and misuse, the website briefly uses your device's network (IP) address to limit repeated submissions. This is held only temporarily and is not linked to your request.

How we use your information

We use your details only to respond to your request, contact you to arrange or confirm an appointment, and carry out the work you ask for. We do not use them for marketing and we do not sell them.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use analytics or advertising trackers.
